Payment
1. We accept payments credit cards (master, visas) and Paynow, etc.
2. Prices are stated in Singapore dollars (Sgd).
3. Prices are final upon payment.
4. In the event when your purchases are no longer available, out of stocks, we will refund the paid amount.
Successful Order
1. You will receive a confirmation email(Whatapps?/sms) upon your successful order (within one hour? )
2. You will receive a delivery email (Whatsapps/sms?) when your order has been shipped.
3. Your item will be shipped to you within 5-7 working days. We offer FREE shipping for purchase amount of _______ and above.
4. For order with multiple items may come in two or more separate parcels as we do not want you to wait.
5. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Free shipping in Singapore only for order above SGD380.00.
We provide returns for all items, except items sold during ANY SALES period and non-acceptable reason. If any defective/wrong item was received, refund/exchanged request is only valid within 2 days after parcel is received.
Returns can only made one time per order number. If any order made with credit card, refunds will be made to credit card, within reasonable time.
NOTE
Please allow 20%-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lightning and monitor resolution. There might be 2cm-3cm differences in the measurement given due to the materials/quality.

Please note that return parcels may take up to 7-14 working days to be processed.
If purchased stocks are no longer available for replacement / for sale, you will be notified and we will return refund the paid amount in Gift Voucher for your next purchase.
